My work lives at the intersection of creativity and operations. I started in theater, where decades on Broadway taught me how creative systems actually function and how much care it takes to support the people both on and off the stage. I also grew up as the daughter of a carpenter, which left me with a soft spot for well-built systems, creaky old houses, and fixing what other people walk past.
