Anxiety and the Artist launched a mini-series called Access to Care back in November of 2021, and we were featured in the January 2022 print edition The Boston Globe and in the November 2021 online edition of Patch.
The Access to Care series acknowledges that while therapy is a necessary and important tool in good mental health, it is often inaccessible for artists. In this series we've invited some previous guests as well as some new ones to talk about access to care: where to find affordable therapy, and the tools and resources that are available, should therapy not be accessible.
